AA Florida Regions

There are three main Alcoholics Anonymous Florida regions:

NorthWest Florida and Alabama Alcoholics Anonymous – Area 1

This Area (area 1) is the geographic region that was designated by the General Service Office of Alcoholics Anonymous.

This region includes Alabama and Northwest Florida, has 23 geographic districts, and one area-wide Spanish-speaking district.

North Florida Area Conference Of Alcoholics Anonymous – Area 14

This area (area 14) includes North Florida and has 33 districts.

Area Assembly

South Florida Alcoholics Anonymous – Area 15

This area (area 15) includes South Florida, the Bahamas, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Antigua.

The primary purpose of this Alcoholics Anonymous area is to establish a forum for the collective sharing of the 12th Step experience and how to best disseminate the Alcoholics Anonymous message to people in the area (15).
